A Letter From - Toronto

By Chloe Wang (Senior Data Scientist) and Gian Giacomo Della Torre (Product Manager, ILO)

We recently, to Toronto to meet with both existing clients and potential prospects. We presented our National Fraud Portal (NFP) solution to multiple national-level stakeholders, sharing insights from our work in other markets. This led to valuable conversations about their specific priorities and challenges, helping us better understand the unique needs of the Canadian market.

We also held onsite workshops with one of our Intelligent Liquidity Optimization ( ILO) clients, one Canada’s largest banks,  to dive deeper into their data environment and IT infrastructure. These sessions gave us a clearer picture of their current setup, which will guide the next steps in feature configuration and integration for them. Meeting with senior stakeholders provided a new perspective on how our technology can align with their broader business goals. As individuals focused on the technical and data aspects, these discussions helped us see how the solutions we build play a key role in driving their long-term strategy. Engaging directly with leadership allowed us to bridge the gap between our technical work and the bigger picture.

Additionally, we met with other potential clients, opening the door for new opportunities and future partnerships.

While in Toronto, we had a chance to explore Kensington Market, enjoying the vibrant atmosphere and diverse food options. It was a great way to unwind and connect outside of work, adding a personal touch to the trip and strengthening our team bonds, especially since we’re a remote team.
