FNA's Commitment to Sustainability

Dear FNAers and Valued Partners,

Since founding FNA in 2014, our mission has been to make the financial system safer and more efficient. As global complexity grows, this mission becomes more relevant. Our 2025 ESG Report outlines how we integrate environmental, social, and governance excellence into our technology and operations.

Our societal impact is delivered through our software and our expertise. By providing central banks, authorities, and financial institutions with new technology solutions, we directly support global economic security and stability. We view financial resilience as a fundamental social good and take our responsibility as a trusted partner to systemic institutions seriously.

Our people are our greatest asset. A decade of remote work has fostered a culture of autonomy and trust. With professionals representing 14 nationalities across 11 countries, our diversity drives our impact. Our average tenure of over four years proves that a borderless, asynchronous work environment with deep trust is a sustainable way to scale a high-growth technology firm.

In 2025, we strengthened our governance and ethical frameworks by formalizing our Responsible AI Policy and Supplier Code of Conduct while maintaining a continued focus on Information Security. Although our operational carbon footprint is low by design, we are committed to iteratively measuring and managing our digital and supply chain impacts.

FNA remains dedicated to the principles of the UN Global Compact and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We continue to evolve our ESG practices with the same rigor we apply to our technology, ensuring that FNA remains a force for stability and positive change in the financial world.

Thank you for your partnership.

Sincerely,

Kimmo Soramaki
